AI Platforms

Which AI assistants to monitor
Most users have one project per brand. If you operate in multiple markets (e.g., US and Europe), consider creating separate projects with different prompts and languages.

Prompts

Prompts are the questions AI Brand Monitor asks AI platforms on your behalf. These should be questions your potential customers might ask:
  • “What’s the best CRM for small businesses?”
  • “How does Salesforce compare to HubSpot?”
  • “Top project management tools for remote teams”
The AI responses to these prompts reveal your brand’s visibility and positioning.

Brands

Brands are the companies you’re tracking. You have:
  • Own Brand - Your company (shown in green by default)
  • Competitors - Companies you’re competing against
AI Brand Monitor detects when these brands appear in AI responses and tracks their visibility over time.
