Data Retention
All chats, sources, and statistics will be automatically deleted 6 months after their creation date.We donāt automatically block anything - we prefer to have a conversation and find a solution that works.
Project Deactivation
If a project has no activity for 2 weeks, we will deactivate it and send you an email. You can reactivate it anytime by going to project settings and clicking āReactivateā.
